	Introductory Free pole walking Clinics will be held at Lake Murray during the month of June on Fridays at 6pm and on Saturdays at 8:30 am

	Sept Lets get together I will have most of Sept open for clinics and hikes give me a call Jeff DeMeester.619 698-3474. I can meet at Lake Murray most evenings. I will also be hiking up Cowles Mountain several times a week if anyone is interested in learning proper technique for hill climbing and descending. 26th  Full Moon
	Oct.  2nd - the 17th We will be going to New York's Catskills for fall foliage then out to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and Portsmouth Island.
